The Stage 2.5 kit is equipped with the progressive VC-50 controller (52mm Gauge) which proportionally injects varying amounts of water-methanol based on boost pressure levels. The adjustable start and full points enable you to tailor the engagement and delivery curve to precisely match your engine's requirements.

Proportional injection in response to boost pressure ensures precise water-methanol delivery, allowing for improved cooling and performance gains over a wide range, ultimately enhancing drivability. This feature is especially beneficial for direct-injected engines as it effectively eliminates 100% of carbon buildup on the valves. The Stage 2.5 Boost Cooler is strongly recommended for all street/strip-driven forced induction vehicles utilizing a turbo or centrifugal supercharger, such as Procharger or Vortech, seeking efficient cooling across a wide range.

The VC-50 controller, manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001 standards, offers the functionality of both a boost gauge and water-methanol controller within a single unit. It boasts a vibrant 7-color (Blue, White, Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple, Green) O-LED screen that displays essential information such as boost, injection percentage, low level warning, secondary stage activation, prime button, and system fault codes directly on the screen. You can customize the controller's color to match your OEM gauges or mix and match up to two colors to your preference.

This kit incorporates the only OEM-approved water-methanol injection pump available in the market, featuring a proprietary heat flange, twin seals, and custom motor winding for enhanced cooling and extended operational lifespan compared to competitors. The Extreme Environment 300 PSI UHO pump is engineered to endure harsh conditions, featuring O-ring connections that are meticulously sealed and potted to ensure zero moisture ingress into the pump internals. This design surpasses pumps that utilize a pump "sleeve," which tends to retain moisture around the pump unit, leading to corrosion and significant heat retention that drastically reduces pump lifespan. The Stage 2.5 kit includes 100% methanol-resistant components constructed from stainless steel, nickel plating, EPDM, and hard anodizing, guaranteeing years of reliable operation. Paired with the new Snow Performance ACU-SEAL compression fittings, leak-free operation is ensured even when using 100% methanol.

Additionally, it elevates 91 octane fuel to the performance levels of 116 octane race gas, ensuring consistent maximum power output.
