Skyjacker has meticulously crafted a progressive 2-stage dual-rate long travel coil designed to enhance your off-road experience. The 1st Flex Rate stage provides a comfortable ride while allowing flexibility for increased articulation.
During full articulation (full droop), the flex rate expands to keep the coil springs seated in the upper coil mount/bucket, ensuring continuous contact between the tires and the terrain. The 2nd Ride Rate stage engages only after compression past the flex rate, contributing to superior suspension performance.
Tailored to complement the unique suspension handling characteristics of the Gladiator, the rear coils are side-specific for optimal performance.
The kit includes longer replacement Front Lower Control Link Arms to correct the caster angle, featuring an inward offset bend for improved tire clearance and maximized turning radius. Additionally, longer replacement Rear Upper Control Link Arms address the rear driveshaft pinion angle.
Constructed from 2-inch OD x 0.250 wall DOM tubing, both pairs of arms feature pressed-in HD OEM-style vulcanized rubber bushings at each end.
The kit is equipped with a replacement Front Adjustable Track Bar that includes a pressed-in HD OEM-style rubber bushing and an adjustable 3/4-inch Heavy-Duty Rod End, Jam Nut, and Alignment Bushings for precise control.
Front and Rear Bump Stop Spacers easily bolt onto the axle bump pads to manage suspension travel. Extended Length Sway Bar End Links allow full articulation at full droop, with front end links featuring Skyjacker-installed pressed-in HD OEM-style rubber bushings, and rear end links coming with press-in Poly bushings.
