What sets the Holley water/methanol system apart, positioning it light years ahead of competitors, is the ECU's characterization of solenoid flow. With precise programming of the desired flow amount into the software, the system injects that specific flow into the engine. This level of control is crucial to prevent both insufficient injection (risking engine damage) and excessive injection (resulting in a significant power loss) of the water/methanol mix. Tailor the exact percentage of water/methanol mix to be delivered relative to the percentage of fuel flow at any RPM and load, simplifying the tuning process and ensuring accuracy.
All components are engineered to be compatible with water/methanol mixes of up to 50% methanol. The Water/Meth solenoids are powered by an injector driver output. In cases where an additional output is unavailable, such as with an HP ECU driving 8 injectors, PN 554-115 can be acquired to be driven by a low side PWM output.
