AEM provides a comprehensive solution for water/methanol injection tailored for high compression naturally aspirated and forced induction gas engines. The lineup includes two distinct water/methanol controller designs.

The first is the boost-dependent controller (Kit PN 30-3300), ideal for forced induction vehicles operating up to 35 PSI of boost. This controller incorporates an on-board manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor with a molded-in nipple designed for easy connection to a boost hose pickup.

The second controller (Kit PN 30-3350) boasts a versatile, multiple input design. This design accommodates AEM's Water/Methanol Injection Kit installation on both high compression naturally aspirated vehicles (NA) via the MAF/IDC settings and ultra-high boost vehicles (above 35 PSI) utilizing an external MAP sensor. The Multi Input controller is compatible with various input signals, including an external 0-5v voltage-based MAP sensor, a frequency-based input for Injector Duty Cycle (IDC), frequency-based mass airflow (MAF), or a 0-5v voltage-based MAF.

The robust and user-friendly controller designs feature large, turn-resistant knobs with prominent numbering for easy and accurate setting of start and full activation points. They are equipped with covered status LED and test buttons to enhance splash resistance. The Boost Dependent controller includes a molded-in, barbed nipple for boost hose connection and a wiring legend on the back, while the Multi Input controller features an easily removable plug covering the programming dipswitches and a programming legend on the back for 0-5v and frequency-based settings. Both controllers house an integrated fuse and molded mounting tabs for convenient access.

• New Low Level Fluid Indicator: An accurate, conductive low level fluid sensor integrated into the tank eliminates the possibility of incorrect readings due to interference from debris.
