Return Policy:

STANDARD RETURN POLICY - 30 Days

Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by RaceChoice are covered by this Standard Return Policy and may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, and freight charges are strictly non-refundable. For more information regarding our freight refund policy, please refer to the Product Refunds section below. No returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used products. Items must be brand new, uninstalled, and in original, unopened packaging. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, as well as those stated on the RMA form, may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages. Items that were shipped incorrectly, have been damaged in transit, or which require warranty repair or replacement are not covered by our Standard Return Policy and must be reviewed by a member of our customer service department.

*Products purchased in a kit/combo are only eligible for return if the ENTIRE KIT/COMBO is returned at the same time. Individual items inside a kit/combo cannot be returned separately.

The following items cannot be returned, unless there is a Valid Warranty Issue:

  • Any part that shows evidence of being used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly
  • Custom-ordered or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials (i.e., Batteries, Paint, Labeled ORM-D, Etc.)
  • Videos, software, or other copyrighted material, after they have been opened
  • Wheels and/or tires, after they have been mounted

ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Clearance Items, Special Orders, Open Box / Overstock

RaceChoice often sells items that are not eligible for return. These items are labeled as Open-Box, Clearance or Overstock merchandise. These items are sold at greatly-reduced prices, therefore all sales are considered final and no returns or refunds will be granted. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing said items. While items have been tested for basic functionality, they may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings, or dents. Should any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to absolve both RaceChoice and the manufacturer from any and all responsibility, unless otherwise required by law. Open-Box, Clearance and Overstocked items are not covered by any type of 30-day warranty or satisfaction guarantee.

RaceChoice also sells unique or custom order items that are often times made to order and/or are considered special order items. These items are ordered in on a case by case basis. Consequently items indicated as having this Special Order Return Policy are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Special order items may require a minimum of a 50% non-refundable deposit. This deposit will not be refunded if the order is cancelled unless the items that were ordered are unattainable from the manufacturer. The buyer assumes responsibility that the items ordered will fit their needs.

 

REFUSED / UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard return; this means all shipping costs, including return freight charges and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier, will be deducted from the product refund. Keep in mind that international orders which have been refused by the receiver or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees on the return shipment. RaceChoice reserves the right to deduct these additional costs, in addition to all freight charges, from the product refund. If you would like to return an item it is recommended that all shipments be accepted and then sent back following our standard return process. Refusing a package has the potential to have it refused, cause delays in return shipping as well as incur additional shipping charges. If the carrier delivers your order to the incorrect address you submitted on checkout Racechoice is not required to provide any replacement, refund or compensation.

 

PRODUCT REFUNDS

Once your return shipment has been received and approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment. The refund will most likely appear on your credit statement within 1-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing practices. Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund. RaceChoice does not refund shipping charges for returned items, and orders which qualified for free shipping will not receive a refund for the credited shipping charges. Any customs or duties charges incurred upon returning an international shipment will be charged to the original form of payment. Refused or undeliverable orders may also be subject to return freight fees, duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees. At the discretion of Racechoice, items purchased from racechoice.com may be subject to a restocking fee (Percentage varies by item). A re-boxing fee may also be charged if the returned item is missing the original packaging. RaceChoice will not allow you to maintain a credit balance on your account.

 

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

RaceChoice does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer's warranty. If you recently purchased a product from racechoice.com and are concerned about the fitment or performance of your item, please contact a member of our customer service department for assistance. Our customer service representatives can provide installation support, troubleshooting advice, and assistance identifying the possibility of any manufacturer defects. If we suspect your product does have serious defects, our customer service department can serve as a contact with the manufacturer to help arrange a warranty inspection and, if applicable, any necessary repairs or replacement shipments. If you wish, you may also contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage.

FAST FREE INSURED SHIPPING

Free shipping is available within the lower 48 states for orders totaling $99 or more. This offer excludes shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Boxes, and items too large to ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS. These items are usually freight, items requiring special handling, or bulky items such as engine blocks, body panels, large fluid orders where cases are being shipped, etc. Please note that some items may ship with a signature required. If you are unable to sign for your shipment please go to the shippers website and digitally sign for the product or have it held at a location nearest to you.

 

TURNAROUND TIME:

Here At RaceChoice, we use a combination of automated and manual workflows to process most orders within minutes of your order being placed. Although it is important to note that our formal processing time for in-stock orders is 1-2 business days. Our automations run continuously to help our team members be able to process your order in the fastest manner possible. It is important to note that while our automations run around the clock, our employees work Monday through Friday and have all major holidays off. Most times your order will process outside of our normal business hours. Please also take note that our processing cutoff for in-stock orders is 3 pm EST. Any orders placed after this time will process and enter the queue for shipping on the next business day.

We also may have an overload of orders or some unforeseen occurrence which may delay shipping. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and take 1-7 business days to arrive within the continental 48 United States. However, sometimes, products are back ordered or out of stock and therefore will require some additional time to process the order. We will do our best to expedite the process so that the product will ship in a timely manner, as far as it is possible for us to do so.

FRAUD PREVENTION:

RaceChoice utilizes the latest fraud prevention software to help protect us as well as the consumer. This system is automated and uses a combination of various tools to validate the transaction. In most cases this process is seamless and the order is approved or denied within seconds. If denied, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full. In certain situations, the order will be placed on hold while the system analyzes the transaction in further detail. This may take up to 1-2 business days to complete.

 

TRANSIT TIMES:

The delivery time of your package primarily depends on the shipping carrier and the service level selected. Please keep in mind that most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they are referring to business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays observed by the selected parcel carrier. For specific delivery estimates, you can usually find detailed information on the carrier’s website or you can also contact one of our customer service representatives for specific details.

We utilize a combination of three major shipping providers: USPS, UPS and FedEx and use the following as a general rule for transit times:

  • East Coast: 1–3 business days
  • Midwest: 2–4 business days
  • Southwest: 3–5 business days
  • West Coast: 4–7business days

** Note these times are an estimate after your order is processed and released to the carrier**

On occasion, orders will ship from multiple warehouse locations, we will do our best to provide the additional tracking numbers with your shipping confirmation email however if you receive your order and it is incomplete, please contact us immediately.

Racechoice reserves the right to cancel any expedited shipping order at any time without notice. This can be due to items that might be restricted for air shipment. A member of our team will contact you to see if you'd like to ship your order via ground instead in these instances.

P.O. BOXES

Please note that in certain circumstances, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We will ask for a physical shipping address. If a physical address is not provided or unavailable, we will need to cancel and refund your order in full.

OUT-OF-STOCK ORDERS

If an order is placed and the product is determined to be out of stock during processing, Racechoice will send an email notifying you, cancel the order, and issue a full refund. If your order contains multiple items and one item is out of stock, a member of our sales team will send you an email with available options. If we do not receive a timely response, we reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund on the out-of-stock items and ship the in-stock items.

RaceChoice reserves the right to split your order into multiple shipments without notification in an attempt to get your products to you sooner.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

We will process refused or undeliverable orders that return to our facility or any partner facility like a standard return; this means all shipping costs, including return freight charges and return to sender fees will be deducted from your refund if the shipping carrier assesses them. If you input an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address during checkout and we ship your order to that address, you will be liable for any fees that the carrier will assess to adjust your shipping address. If they deliver your order to the incorrect address you submitted on checkout, RaceChoice is not required to provide any replacement, refund, or compensation.

DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENT

If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our customer service representatives immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. RaceChoice is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.
