Restore power delivery to your front wheels with this genuine Front CVA Driveshaft Set. Designed for the Redcat Kaiju, these are the heavy-duty steel axles that connect the front differential to the wheels.
CVA (Constant Velocity Axle) shafts are superior to standard dogbones for steering applications. They feature a captured universal joint at the wheel end, which allows the shaft to spin smoothly even when the wheels are turned to full lock, preventing the binding and "chatter" you would get with a standard dogbone.

Installation Advice
The "Set Screw" Check: The universal joint is held together by a pin, which is often secured by a tiny grub screw or a retaining ring.

Threadlock: Before installing, inspect the joint. If there is a grub screw holding the cross pin, back it out, apply Blue Threadlock, and retighten it. There is nothing worse than that pin falling out mid-run.

Grease the Joint: Apply a liberal amount of Black Grease or Moly Grease to the exposed universal joint (the "ball" part). This reduces wear significantly.

Drive Cup Wear: While you have the old shafts out, look at the metal "Drive Cups" coming out of your differential. If the cups are deeply notched or grooved, they will eat these new shafts quickly.
