Installation Advice
Grease is Life: When rebuilding the rear axle of the Sixty-Four:

Clean It Out: Make sure to remove every tiny fragment of the old broken metal gears from the plastic axle housing. If you leave one metal chip inside, it will destroy this new set in seconds.

Lubrication: Pack these gears generously with Black Grease or Moly Grease. Do not run them dry.

Check the Axle Shafts: While the diff is open, check the splines on your metal drive axles. If the axles are rounded off, they might strip out the new diff gears immediately.
