MSD's Ready-to-Run Distributor features a magnetic pickup that boasts long-lasting reliability. What sets this distributor apart is its built-in ignition module, eliminating the need for an external MSD Ignition Control. With no requirement for an additional control unit, you not only benefit from electronic triggering but also experience the power of robust sparks generated by the ignition module, delivering up to 7.5 amps to the coil for a potent inductive spark. This results in improved combustion, ensuring quick starts, a smooth idle, and outstanding overall performance.
The MSD Distributor offers the added advantage of an accurate and adjustable mechanical advance assembly. Easily fine-tune the advance curve using the included assortment of advance springs and stop bushings. Completing the package is a vacuum advance canister and MSD's durable cap and wire retainer. Installation is a breeze with the Ready-to-Run Distributor, which comes with a matching 3-pin harness. Only two wires need to be routed to the coil, and one to ground! Features:
