Beneath the brass terminal cap, MSD's race-proven magnetic pickup requires no adjustment and seamlessly connects to an MSD Ignition Control. Positioned above it, beneath the robust race rotor, is an adjustable mechanical advance assembly. The chromoly weights on nylon bushings ensure smooth timing adjustments, easily customizable with the supplied springs and stop bushings.
Precision CNC-machined billet aluminum housing houses a sealed ball-bearing and long sintered bushing for stability at any rpm, enhancing endurance. The oversized steel shaft, coated with QPQ, reduces friction and prevents corrosion.
