Msd Ignition Amc/Jeep 232-258 Distributor

A devoted community of AMC enthusiasts, whether cruising in a 401-equipped Javelin or tackling rugged terrains in a rock-crawling Jeep with a 4.0L inline 6-cylinder, can now benefit from MSD's two Pro-Billet Distributors. These distributors ensure accurate trigger signals and are entirely maintenance-free.

The pick-up requires no adjustment and seamlessly connects to an MSD Ignition Control. Situated just above it, beneath a robust race rotor, is an adjustable mechanical advance assembly. The Chromoly weights of this assembly glide on nylon bushings, ensuring a smooth timing adjustment. With the provided springs and stop bushings, you can effortlessly tailor the curve to align with your engine's specifications.

Each meticulously CNC-machined billet aluminum housing boasts a sealed ball-bearing and a long sintered bushing, ensuring stability at any rpm and heightened endurance. The oversized steel shaft receives a QPQ coating, reducing friction and preventing corrosion.

Both distributors come complete with a high-quality cap, rotor, and gear. Additionally, there's a vacuum advance canister, catering to street cruising economy. Features:
