Rear Diff (Standard Use): 3,000 cst is a very common standard setup for the Rear Differential of 1/10 and 1/8 off-road buggies. It allows the rear wheels to rotate independently fairly easily, providing high grip in corners and stability on loose dirt.

Front Diff (Low Traction): Can be used in the front diff on very loose or slippery tracks to increase steering into corners (turn-in).
