The Traxxas® X-Maxx® Body Mount Assembly by JConcepts allows for easy installation of various body shells onto the X-Maxx. Designed to bolt onto existing shock towers, it enables body customization without modifications like recessing or extra holes. The 2023 Ford Raptor body (JCO0460- sold separately) was the first to use this system. Featuring a simple clamping system and bolting pattern, the mount set includes all necessary hardware for installation.

Mount Simplification
The clamping system and bolting pattern of the body mounts are simple and come with all necessary hardware for one vehicle. A combination of three-millimeter and four-millimeter heavy-duty hardware with locking nuts provides stability for both standard and tall-length mounts. The adjustable standard-length mounts fit well in truck bed configurations, while a front mount with a pivoting platform allows for alignment with different body designs. Additionally, a tall rear mount with a pivoting platform supports SUV and van-style bodies in development. The package includes body clips with a locking design for secure fastening, along with rubber leashes to prevent clip loss. This system simplifies mounting various bodies without relying on the Traxxas locking system.
