The Garrett PowerMax™ Stage 2 turbocharger upgrade for the 2017–2021 Ford F-150 and F-150 Raptor is meticulously engineered to enhance engine performance while maintaining OEM installation specifications. This direct drop-in Stage 2 upgrade offers a remarkable 54% increase in flow compared to OEM and supports up to 700+ BHP*. The improvements in compressor efficiency and flow are due to the 60mm fully-machined compressor wheel, while turbine flow is boosted by 52% with a 50mm Inconel turbine wheel and a larger 0.45 A/R turbine housing. Each turbocharger kit comes fully assembled, calibrated, and is outline interchangeable with OE hardware to ensure a perfect fit every time.
Garrett is proud to announce that the PowerMax™ 2017–2021 Ford F-150, F-150 Raptor Stage 2 Turbos have received California Air Resources Board (CARB) certification (EO D-871). This certification means the product has been tested according to manufacturer/OEM specifications, meets California's emissions standards, and is approved for use in all 50 states as a direct replacement for factory equipment. WARNING: The maximum allowable turbocharger speed is 176krpm. Operating above 176krpm is at the owner’s risk and can result in damage and premature failure. To protect the turbocharger from overspeed, a speed sensor port is machined into the compressor housing for the fitment of speed sensor part numbers 781328-0003 (includes sensor and gauge) and 781328-0004 (includes speed sensor). Speed sensors are sold separately.
