This custom-designed American Thunder® crossmember-back exhaust system caters to the 1964-1966 Ford Mustang, delivering a comprehensive 2.50-inch dual exhaust solution with a moderately aggressive exterior tone and a balanced interior sound. Crafted for seamless integration, these 16-gauge aluminized steel systems feature mandrel-bent tubing, an H-pipe ensuring equalized exhaust pressures, and a pair of meticulously chosen 40 Series Delta Flow performance mufflers for a resonant and powerful acoustic profile. The 2.50-inch mandrel-bent tailpipes are strategically positioned for maximum clearance, with the concluding sections crafted from polished stainless steel, offering a polished appearance worthy of a show car. True to Flowmaster® tradition, the system enhances throttle response, power, and mileage. Engineered for a straightforward installation, the package includes all necessary components, hardware, and instructions. Covered by our 3-year Limited Warranty, this system connects to existing header collector reducer cones or manifold downpipes (not included). If a full stainless steel system with a Lifetime Limited Warranty is preferred, explore exhaust system #817273. Notes: Designed for non-GT and hardtop models.
