This throttle body's enlarged bore stands as a significant upgrade over stock, enabling increased airflow to support higher horsepower. The progressive throttle pulley enriches drivability, especially at low throttle settings, while the double return spring ensures a solid feel and heightened safety. Serving as a drive-by-cable throttle body for XFI™ and EZ-EFI® systems (or other aftermarket EFI setups) on engines initially equipped with throttle-by-wire, it requires GM-style IAC and TPS, available separately as Part #54088.
