Employing cutting-edge design techniques and advanced manufacturing processes, Ultra-Gold™ ARC Rockers not only boost engine power but also elevate valve train stability and enhance oiling.
These rockers feature a new extrusion, refined through FEA analysis, resulting in an even stronger, stiffer body without compromising mass. The arced channel and contoured top, reminiscent of a bridge design, achieve the optimal strength-to-weight ratio. Additional CNC contouring of the body enhances clearances for valve covers and springs. Manufactured entirely in the U.S.A., all Ultra-Gold™ ARC Series Aluminum Rocker Arms incorporate a spring oiler channel through the body, ensuring superior lubrication.
To further enhance durability, trunnion retaining clips have been replaced with an ultra-durable spiral lock-type clip, akin to what secures a piston pin. Stress-relieving radii have been strategically added to areas of the body, trunnion, and pushrod seat insert. Even the included locking nuts have undergone revision to increase surface area, ensuring better lash maintenance and eliminating wear concerns.
Part # 19049-16 represents a set of 16 rockers engineered for Ford Small Block V8 289-302-351W engines. With a 7/16" stud and a 1.72 ratio, these next-gen Ultra-Gold™ Rockers promise increased engine power, enhanced valve train stability, and improved oiling. Backed by a Lifetime Warranty, these rockers are built to last and are suitable for use with up to 700 lbs of open spring pressure. Note: Must use screw-in studs and guide plates.
