The Champ Pans CP106LT steel wet sump oil pan is crafted for Small Block Chevrolet engines from 1957-1985 with a two-piece rear main seal. This oil pan features a 6 1/2” deep sump designed to enhance ground clearance for asphalt race cars. It includes six trapdoors, three crank scrapers, an oil temp fitting, an oil check level plug, and a removable horsepower-saving louvered windage tray, all finished with a clear zinc coating for increased durability.
Engineered to fit around the Chevrolet Camaro front stub with the engine set back, the CP106LT is optimized for asphalt circle track racing. With an oil capacity of 7 quarts with the filter, it is advisable to use an accusump or a remote cooler and oil filter adapter due to the lower oil capacity. The oil pan is compatible with JR131 dipsticks and both stock and mini-starters. The dimensions are 12” L x 14" W x 6 1/2" H.
