Billet Specialties water pump pulleys are precision CNC machined from forged 6061-T6 aluminum, ensuring the ultimate in strength and balance. Specifically designed for Chevy engines with a long water pump and intended for use with v-groove style belts. Each pulley undergoes a meticulous polishing process, resulting in a mirror-like finish, and comes complete with stainless steel mounting hardware. In contrast to cast pulleys, which are poured into molds and allowed to cool, the billet pulley maintains uniform density throughout. Variations in density, common in cast pulleys, can lead to imbalances, causing vibrations at high RPMs. Our billet pulleys, with their even density, ensure a true and balanced pulley drive system.
