In 1983, Belltech introduced one of the industry's pioneering products that played a pivotal role in igniting the Sport Truck craze – the Drop Spindle. Through the strategic relocation of the spindle pin (or hub) higher on the spindle casting, our engineers achieved a remarkable 2-3" drop without adversely impacting the front-end suspension or steering geometry, including the shock absorber!
Belltech Drop Spindles cater to various drop amounts depending on your application, enhancing handling while preserving the factory ride quality. These spindles meticulously maintain critical suspension geometry, eradicating excessive wear on ball joints, shocks, and tires commonly associated with alternative lowering methods. Crafted from powder-coated, CNC machined, high-strength ductile iron castings, each spindle boasts structural integrity that not only meets but exceeds all factory specifications and requirements.
