Crafted from a solid seven-pound block of 6061-T6 aluminum, the Pro Bandit shifter showcases CNC machined construction, an ergonomically shaped Magnum Grip shift handle with replaceable side grip plates, and a sleek black anodized finish.
Designed to meet NHRA/IHRA safety rules, the reverse lockout ensures compliance. Compatible with both forward and reverse pattern valve bodies, the Pro Bandit can effortlessly control 2, 3, and 4-speed automatic transmissions by merely replacing the hardened steel gate plate and the applicable bracket and lever. Additional features include an 8-foot Super Duty shifter cable, Powerglide Pro Lever, cable quick disconnect extension, and a built-in mounting location for an optional CO2 shift cylinder #80883 or an electric shift solenoid for P/G applications. The package includes detailed instructions for a straightforward installation.
For added customization, optional gate plates, cable brackets, lever kits, and side grip plates, both with and without 12V momentary buttons, are available separately.
