Introducing the new Severe Duty Universal full vehicle wiring kit, a robust and weatherproof electrical system crafted for rugged environments. This kit features an innovative, compact, fully sealed 20-circuit fuse box equipped with an electronic flasher and a 35-amp relay. Enhancing reliability in harsh outdoor conditions, the fuse box is safeguarded by our sealed manually resettable 200-amp circuit breaker. The comprehensive kit includes:

• A fully sealed 22-circuit fuse box with proprietary circuitry rated at 200 amps.
• 8 optional accessory circuits.
• Electronic flasher designed for use with LED turn signals.
• A new 200-amp sealed manually resettable circuit breaker for complete system protection and the ability to shut off power during repairs.
• Main harness pre-terminated at one end in fully sealed connectors, featuring over 200 inches of tough, heat-resistant GXL wire with primary functions printed every 2 inches for easy installation and diagnostics.
• Power harness pre-terminated at one end in fully sealed connectors, providing over 100 inches of tough, heat-resistant GXL wire.
• Accessory kit featuring a sealed connector that plugs into the fuse box's optional outlet. It includes seals and terminals with 4x400 inches of 18, 16, 14, and 12-gauge wire in different colors for additional power requirements.
• Instrument Cluster wiring designed with a "cluster harness disconnect" system for easy service and assembly. The system is compatible with popular aftermarket gauges such as DAKOTA DIGITAL, CLASSIC INSTRUMENTS, AUTOMETER, VDO, and others.
• Subkits for connecting turn signals, headlights, tail lights, parking lights, brake lights, gauges, third brake light, license plate light, and basic engine functions and sensors are included. All subkits are pre-terminated at one end, providing long lengths of tough, heat-resistant GXL wire with the function of each wire printed every 2 inches.
• A 30-amp headlight switch and dimmer switch for convenience, with pre-terminated connections to expedite installation if these switches are chosen for use.
• Engine wiring includes feeds for coil, tach, water temperature, oil pressure, electric choke, transfer case warning lamp, under hood lamp, transmission kickdown, and electric speedometer (if needed).
• Front lighting includes extra-long leads for headlight, parking light, directional light, side marker light leads, along with horn connections.
