Spacious 7-Layer Performance Air Filter: The Momentum GT intake system is centered around a generously sized 8" tall round inverted top air filter with a 360-degree radial flow configuration. This high-performance filter features five layers of progressively finer oiled cotton gauze media and two additional layers of synthetic non-woven media with finer porosity. These attributes enhance filtration efficiency, making it ideal for challenging dust-laden environments. Notably, the air filter's interface with the housing is uniquely designed (patent pending), maximizing the filter's size and boosting available air volume, all while simplifying the installation process.
Innovative Single-Piece Housing: The streamlined one-piece sealed housing is adorned with a tire tread pattern on top and incorporates an auxiliary air scoop. This innovative design eliminates the need for multi-piece housings and ensures that the intake charge remains as cool as possible. Additionally, a urethane plug is provided if you desire to fully seal the air box.
Roto-Molded Tube: The system features a CAD-designed roto-molded intake tube, expertly tuned for performance gains while maintaining a precise fit.
High-Quality Mounting Components: A premium stainless steel T-bolt clamp and a urethane coupling are utilized to provide exceptional strength and durability, ensuring the most secure installation possible. Momentum GT intakes are intentionally designed with fewer components to expedite and simplify the installation process.
