The 2005-2017 models come with a larger factory fuel sending unit compared to the earlier 1999-2004 models. This increased size opens up more possibilities for various pump configurations in these tanks.

These tanks can accommodate the following pump configurations: single 340, dual 340, single 450, dual 450, and triple 450 pump setups. The Silverado and Sierra tanks have a depth of approximately 12.625 inches, while other models are shallower, with depths around 8.25 inches. The new system can handle both of these tank depths.

For the 2500 truck models, which can have deeper tanks, up to 17.00 inches, the system is also suitable.

Please note that this system is not configured for use with the OEM, pulse-modulated-to-pressure, pump control.

To make it work, you'll need to install a return-style fuel system, which includes high-flow AN-style fuel lines, a fuel filter, and an EFI bypass regulator with a return line. If you have any questions or need more information, don't hesitate to contact Aeromotive Tech Support.

Lastly, it's important to mention that this product is not compliant for sale or use on emission-controlled vehicles, except when it's used as a direct replacement part that matches OEM specifications.
