AERO SHIELD DEFENSE is an advanced ceramic coating designed to protect natural and manmade fabrics from UV color fade and staining by adding a protective ceramic barrier. The ultra-hydrophobic AERO SHIELD DEFENSE encapsulates each fiber preventing liquid from being absorbed that contributes to staining, mold and bacterial growth. DEFENSE works on all fabrics including: Seats, Floor Mats, Carpets, Convertible tops, Headliners, Door panels, Shoes, Clothes and more. AERO SHIELD DEFENSE adds years of protection without changing the look or feel of the fabric.
To use AERO SHIELD DEFENSE: Clean area to be treated with AERO Immaculate. Let dry fully. If the area to be treated darkens when rubbing it against the grain, brush or rub against the entire grain surface making it dark for the best possible product adhesion. In a well-ventilated area, shake AERO Defense lightly. Spray over surface to be protected. Be careful not to get product on areas you do not intend to coat. Using a rubber glove or applicator sponge, agitate the surface to work the coating into the fabric. A second coat may be applied for additional durability and protection. Let set overnight. Product will start protecting immediately but will be fully cured in 24 hours.
Always test in an inconspicuous area before proceeding.
Coverage:
4oz. Will cover approximately 20-25 Square feet. (2 full size cloth automotive seats)
16oz. Will cover approximately 80-100 Square feet. (8 full size automotive seats) or (4 full size cloth automotive seats, Floormats, and trunk cargo area) Some Crossovers and SUVs may require additional product.
