CD-5 Carbon Digital Dash Displays showcase a vibrant full-color screen encased in a robust, lightweight carbon fiber composite housing. The display's top features seven ultra-bright LEDs for RPM and shift light indications, with customizable programming to ascend in specific RPM increments and flash during shift points. The fixed color LEDs' brightness is user-programmable. Conveniently placed large buttons on the face of the display facilitate easy page changes and memory resets, even when wearing driving gloves. These functions are also accessible through the supplied rear connector, enabling the mounting of remote buttons. Two additional programmable LEDs enhance the top housing, flanking the integrated LED shift lights. View and log data from over 250 CAN devices!
The CD-5 Carbon seamlessly receives channels from two independent CAN bus inputs, eliminating the need for special modules to read AEM and/or third-party CAN signals. Validated to communicate with over 250 non-AEM devices and 2008-up stock ECUs via the OBDII port, the CD-5 Carbon can be added to any vehicle with the optional 22 Channel CAN Sensor Module. ECU CAN readiness eliminates the need for external modules for CAN-to-CAN communication. All channels can be named in any language, ensuring user-friendly information display on the main screen dashboard monitor or warning alerts.
