Retain the tuned factory performance shocks of your Jeep, but enhance the OEM coils with an optimal performance option. Skyjacker has meticulously engineered a progressive variable rate coil spring, notably a 2-stage dual rate long-travel coil, specifically designed to complement the Rubicon 392's unique suspension handling characteristics.
The spring rate progression moves from a 1st Flex Rate to a 2nd Ride Rate. The 1st Flex Rate stage of the coil spring provides a comfortable ride with the ability to flex for increased articulation. During full articulation as the suspension drops (full droop), the coil spring's flex rate expands, ensuring the coil springs remain seated in the upper coil mount/bucket and the tires stay in contact with the terrain. The 2nd Ride Rate stage only engages after compression past the flex rate.
Skyjacker's precise suspension geometry guarantees that the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system functions within factory parameters. Lower Front Links and Upper Rear Links Eccentric Cam Bolts allow for proper driveline phasing and alignment.
Front and Rear Shock Extension Relocation Brackets reposition your specifically tuned factory performance shocks. Front and Rear Bump Stop Spacers attach to the axle bump pad to keep suspension travel in check. Front and Rear Extended Length Sway Bar End Links enable full articulation as the suspension drops (full droop) and come with Skyjacker-installed pressed-in HD OEM style rubber bushings.
The replacement Front Adjustable Track Bar features a Skyjacker-installed pressed-in HD OEM style rubber bushing at the frame mount. The adjustable axle mount end includes a 3/4-inch Heavy-Duty Rod End, Jam Nut, and Alignment Bushings. A robust Rear Track Bar Bracket is included to center the axle under the vehicle, addressing the new ride height and maintaining the factory roll center of the Rubicon 392.
