Edelbrock part #2966 Victor 460 intake manifold is meticulously crafted for Ford 429/460 competition engines employing Cobra-Jet cast iron, SVO Cobra-Jet aluminum (M-6049-A429), or the Edelbrock 460 CJ aluminum heads. Tailored for drag racing (Super Stock, Super Gas, Super Comp, Brackets, etc.), marine applications, or any scenario demanding peak power up to 8000 rpm, this intake manifold is engineered for excellence. Port matching of standard 429/460 cast iron heads is necessary to accommodate the manifold. The port exit size at the head is 1.88" x 2.16", and ample extra material is provided for easy enlargement to fit the cast iron Cobra-Jet heads. Note that it will not fit 1988 and later models.
