This design generates turbulence in the airflow just before entering the engine, optimizing the combustion process. This turbulence promotes a more complete fuel burn, resulting in heightened horsepower, torque, and improved throttle response. The spacer is compatible with OE and aFe POWER cold air intake systems.
Serrated/Helix Design: The innovative Serrated/Helix combination design induces turbulence in the combustion chamber. This turbulence breaks down the fuel for a more thorough combustion cycle, increasing horsepower, torque, and enhancing throttle response. Moreover, this design reduces the intake whistle, a common occurrence with Helix-only designs.
6061-T6 Billet Aluminum Construction: Each Silver Bullet Throttle Body Spacer is meticulously crafted from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, providing both strength and lightweight properties, along with a precise fit and finish.
Extended Intake Tract: Adding the Silver Bullet Throttle Body spacer extends the intake track, accelerating intake air speed for improved performance and throttle response.
Compatibility with aFe POWER air intake systems: This spacer is compatible with aFe POWER air intake systems, including 51-12172, 54-12172, 51-12162, and 54-12162. However, it may require modification of the intake tube. Please note that it is not compatible with aFe POWER air intake systems 51-72203, 54-72203, 51-72203-R, 54-72202, 51-72202, 58-10003D, 58-10003R, 54-12162-C, 51-12162-C, 54-12172-C, and 51-12172-C.
