Skyjacker has meticulously engineered a progressive 2-stage dual-rate long travel coil for optimal performance. The 1st Flex Rate stage is designed to provide a comfortable ride while offering the flexibility for increased articulation.
During full articulation (full droop), the flex rate expands to keep the coil springs seated in the upper coil mount/bucket, ensuring the tires maintain contact with the terrain. The 2nd Ride Rate stage comes into play after compression past the flex rate, enhancing overall suspension performance.
Rear 1-Piece Coil Spring Spacers, raising the rear by 2 inches, seamlessly complement the factory coil springs of the Jeep Gladiator.
For the front, longer replacement Front Lower Control Link Arms correct the caster angle, featuring an inward offset bend to improve tire clearance for maximized turning radius. Similarly, longer replacement Rear Upper Control Link Arms address the rear driveshaft pinion angle.
Crafted from 2-inch OD x 0.250 wall DOM tubing, both pairs of arms boast pressed-in HD OEM-style vulcanized rubber bushings at each end.
The replacement Front Adjustable Track Bar, equipped with a pressed-in HD OEM-style rubber bushing and an adjustable 3/4-inch Heavy-Duty Rod End, Jam Nut, and Alignment Bushings, ensures precise control.
Front and Rear Bump Stop Spacers, easily bolted onto the axle bump pads, effectively manage suspension travel. Extended Length Sway Bar End Links allow full articulation at full droop, with front end links featuring Skyjacker-installed pressed-in HD OEM-style rubber bushings, and rear end links equipped with press-in Poly bushings.
