The DynaForce Starter is engineered to effortlessly crank over the most formidable high-compression engines, even on scorching days in challenging environments like Death Valley. While it's uncommon for race cars to find themselves in such extreme conditions, having the power to handle it is reassuring. This starter boasts all-new components, starting with a robust three-horsepower motor. This power is harnessed to crank over the reduced 4.4:1 gear set, delivering substantial torque to engage the engine's ring gear and set it in motion. The armature, balanced during assembly, is guided by two ball bearings, ensuring smooth engagement and enduring thousands of starts. The downsized housing is designed to clear most headers and oil pans.
This model features a Denso Style Starter with a "Nose" on the rear of the starter housing, suitable for engines with pilot hole applications. The 4.4:1 gear reduction provides high torque for easy starting of both stock and high compression engines.
