MPI GT Model Steering Wheel
The MPI GT Model is a multifunctional steering wheel designed for a variety of applications including touring cars, GT racing, track days, and SXS. Safety is always a priority in all MPI products. The GT Model features an inner structure engineered to deform under elevated impacts, absorbing the load and reducing the effect on the driver’s upper body, offering an engineered safety advantage. The inner foam injection boasts the highest vibration absorption rate in the industry, ensuring a comfortable and controlled driving experience.
The GT Model’s special oval-shaped grip provides a natural feel for the driver. Its new D-shaped aluminum structure, designed without a horn button, increases rigidity and durability, and the flat bottom offers extra leg room and easy exit, adding a sporty aesthetic to the unit.
This model is available in two different covering materials: Suede and Pixel, both featuring the MPI Orange center marker. The selected suede covering, with parallel MPI Orange hand-stitched finish, provides a high grip feel, reducing the effort needed to hold the wheel while increasing driver feedback. This material is preferred for track and tuning use. The full black version features black suede, black stitching, and a black MPI marker, offering the evergreen NERO look suitable for any vehicle color combination. The Pixel (PX) covering is an extreme weather, washable material with MPI Orange crossed stitching, preferred for outdoor and off-road usage.
Each wheel is individually serial numbered for traceability and comes complete with MPI’s renowned love and attention to detail.
