This innovative oil cooler kit features an extremely efficient core that delivers a proven 30°F (16.7°C) drop in oil temperature. With a 110% increase in core thickness, this kit raises oil capacity by 0.44 qt, ensuring that your engine maintains optimal temperatures even under the most demanding conditions. The end tanks are crafted from a single piece of aluminum and TIG-welded to the core, providing maximum reliability and giving drivers the confidence to push their E46 M3 to its limits.
Designed for a complete bolt-in fit, this oil cooler kit requires no modifications to work with the stock radiator or the Mishimoto BMW E46 Performance Aluminum Radiator. To ensure a seamless installation, Mishimoto engineers have created a fully CNC-machined 6061 aluminum and 303 stainless steel BMW E46 Oil Line Fitting Kit. This makes the removal of the stock hard lines and the installation of stainless steel braided lines a straightforward task.
Included in the kit are pre-assembled stainless steel lines with -10AN fittings, directing oil to and from the cooler, along with a black Mishimoto Oil Line Stay to prevent line rubbing.
