FAST™ collaborated with airflow specialists at RHS™ to engineer a polymer intake manifold designed for rectangular port GM L92/LS3 engines. Testing conducted on a stock LS3 engine equipped with a Big Mouth 102mm Throttle Body™ demonstrated impressive gains of over 14 horsepower and 11 ft/lbs of torque at the flywheel compared to the stock intake. The LSXR™ 102mm Intake Manifold boasts a three-piece modular design, facilitating easy disassembly and porting. Through extensive testing, a runner design was developed that is longer, less restrictive, and allows users to remove individual runners from the manifold for modification.
Crafted from the same advanced polymer material as the LSX™ 92mm Intake Manifold, the LSXR™ offers several advantages over aluminum aftermarket intakes, including reduced weight, increased strength, and improved heat dissipation characteristics. Featuring a 102mm air inlet perfectly suited for the FAST™ Big Mouth 102mm Throttle Body™, the LSXR™ can also accommodate stock or aftermarket 90mm or 92mm throttle bodies. Additional features include integrated nitrous bungs and a seamless bolt-on fitment that enables the use of factory accessories without the need for modification or clearance adjustments.
