The Chase Bays Brake Line Relocation & ABS Delete for the ZN6 chassis with OE Master Cylinder (OEMC) is expertly crafted for enthusiasts looking to enhance their braking system. This kit allows for the addition of an Adjustable Motorsport Proportioning Valve, eliminates the ABS system, simplifies brake line routing, and improves engine bay aesthetics with a design that is more resistant to heat soak. Key Features This innovative kit replaces the OEM brake hard lines with high-performance 3AN stainless steel braided lines that are Teflon PTFE lined and coated with black PVC for enhanced durability. Each line is fitted with stainless steel hose ends, ensuring superior performance and reliability. Chase Bays commits to using only the finest components in the industry and conducts thorough pressure testing on every assembled line, guaranteeing a leak-free startup when installed correctly. Optimized Routing The brake lines are strategically routed lower on the firewall, providing protection from heat and moving objects while remaining easy to install. The proprietary "L Banjo" fitting is engineered to convert the front outlet of the master cylinder into two lines for the front left and front right brakes, effectively saving an entire line and T-fitting from the setup. Integration of Adjustable Motorsport Proportioning Valve To further enhance braking performance, the system includes an adjustable Motorsport Proportioning Valve that connects from the rear port of the master cylinder. The rear line then runs down the firewall and connects to the unique "F Fitting" design, which simplifies the connection by converting the two rear hardlines into one. This seamless integration not only promotes a clean engine bay but also ensures efficient brake performance. Important Note It is essential to keep the ABS Block plugged in for the CAN system to function properly, which is crucial for speedometer operation on the dash. As demonstrated in our Drift BRZ, the ABS Block can be relocated out of the engine bay while remaining plugged in.
