TCI® Hardened Input Shafts are crafted from hardened, aircraft-grade Vaccu Melt 300 billet steel or Vasco 300 high-strength steel. These shafts offer enhanced lubrication flow and strength, featuring a resized diameter for optimal stress distribution along the entire length of the shaft, including the extended high gear splines to the oil ring. Engines producing over 800 HP require a PRO-X™ Input Shaft. For 1500+ HP applications, use the PRO-X™ Ringless Input Shaft.
