SFI 29.1 approved, this flexplate is designed to fit most LS-series Gen III and Gen IV Chevy 4.8, 5.3, 5.7, 6.0, 6.2, and 7.0-liter V8 engines with a 6-bolt crankshaft flange. It comes drilled for an 11.5" wide GM converter bolt pattern using 6 holes. The package includes a converter pilot adapter for compatibility with converters designed for older small or big block Chevy (non-LS) engines. The flexplate is .035" thicker than stock, with a starter ring welded to both sides for additional strength. Constructed from high-tensile strength material, this flexplate resists elongation and cracking. All 168-tooth flexplates are sized for stock 3/8" mounting bolts and can be easily drilled for 7/16" diameter to accommodate high-performance torque converter applications. For 4L60 or TH350 applications with a 10.75" or 11.062" torque converter bolt pattern, use P/N 399753.
Note: This flexplate will not fit 1999-2000 6.0L applications with a 0.400 in. extended crank flange and flat flexplate, nor will it fit 1999-2000 4.8L applications that originally came with a manual transmission.
