SFI 29.1 approved, this flexplate is designed to fit internally balanced Small and Big Block Chevy V8 engines with a 6-bolt crankshaft flange. It comes drilled for both 10.75" small GM converter bolt pattern and 11.5" big GM converter bolt pattern. The flexplate is .035" thicker than the stock version, and the starter ring is welded to both sides for enhanced strength. Crafted from high-tensile strength material, it resists elongation and cracking. All 168-tooth flexplates are sized for stock 3/8" mounting bolts and can be easily drilled for 7/16" diameter, catering to high-performance torque converter applications.
