The first commercially available adhesive, specially formulated for automotive headlight sealing applications, is now here. This premium headlight sealer is an RTV (Room-Temperature-Vulcanizing) waterproof silicone sealant designed specifically for reassembling automotive headlamp housings. The sealant boasts a tack time of 30 minutes and cures within three hours, although it is recommended to allow for a full six hours to ensure complete curing.

- Minimum Application Temperature: 35 degrees F
- Maximum Application Temperature: 115 degrees F
- Coverage (3/16 Bead): 50 ft.
Instructions: The silicone will become tack-free within 30 minutes of application. To set the seal properly, affix the headlight lens with a clamp or other device, exerting pressure on the assembly for a minimum of 3 hours, preferably overnight. Depending on the thickness of the seal bead, the silicone may take up to 2 weeks to fully cure on both the inside and outside. During this period, it is advisable to avoid pressure washing, exposure to heavy rain, or any unnecessary contact with water or moisture on the seal.
Warnings: Do Not Ingest. Avoid inhaling fumes during curing. The curing process releases Methanol and Ammonia. Prevent any contact with the eyes and wear safety glasses while using this product. Keep it out of reach of children.
