Our all-new performance air intake system, meticulously designed to optimize airflow and enhance driving dynamics. Our engineering team crafted precise rotational-molded thermoplastic airboxes that minimize restrictions, ensuring maximum cool-air delivery via two additional ports that pull air from the wheel wells. These airboxes are not only functional but also improve engine bay aesthetics, providing long-term durability and reducing the risk of heat soak in even the harshest environments.
Designed using cutting-edge 3D printing, CAD modeling, and flow bench technology, this intake system reduces airflow restriction by 13% on the driver-side intake and 22.8% on the passenger side. For superior filtration, we’ve included dual high-flow oiled air filters, which offer more surface area and airflow compared to the stock filters. Beyond performance gains, our intake amplifies the exhilarating sounds of the turbo spooling and the bypass valve venting, enhancing the sensory experience of driving a BMW M-Series.
