Responding to customer demands, GFB has introduced a new product that allows for a distinct auditory experience.
The 5702, a modified version of the Whistling Trumpet, has been released for those who own GFB valves other than the T9003 & T9503 models. Users have increasingly sought the ability to customize the sound produced by their Blow-Off Valves to stand out from the crowd.
In 2004, GFB initially launched the Whistling Trumpet 5701, known for its piercing screech under aggressive driving conditions. However, the 5701 was compatible with only specific valve types.
The 5702 can be used as a replacement for the standard trumpet on all GFB valves and is designed for low boost applications, where the 5701 might fall short. Unlike the 5701, it produces the whistling sound more readily (although high boost and RPM are still required for the 5701), and at a slightly higher pitch. To achieve this sound, it is essential to operate the valve so that the majority of the air vents through the trumpet. Notably, Respons valves may not produce the required velocity for whistling when set to 50/50 venting.
This product is recommended for Respons and Deceptor Pro II valves, with the exception of T9003 & T9503 models.
