Edelbrock Chevy Ls1 Performer Rpm Intake Manifold

Edelbrock part #71187 Performer RPM LS1 intake manifold is specifically designed for the renowned Chevrolet LS1 (5.7L) small-block V8, originally featured in 1997 and later Corvettes, as well as 1998-02 Camaros and Firebirds. This manifold is compatible with the Corvette LS6 engine and various other Gen III engines, including the LM7 (5.3L), LR4 (4.8L), and LQ4 (6.0L). Facilitating the use of a carburetor on these initially computer-controlled engines, it provides maximum power and a broad torque curve ranging from 1500 to 6500 rpm. The Performer RPM LS1 can be obtained with an optional wiring harness and electronic Timing Control Module produced by MSD. This ignition module, designed for LS1 (24x) ignitions only, collaborates with OE sensors to ignite the Coil-on-Plug ignition system and offers a selection of six timing curves (sold separately). The package includes a specialized throttle and trans bracket compatible with 700R-4, 200R-4, and Turbo 350 transmissions, simplifying the retro-fit of the LS1 engine into muscle cars, street rods, or marine applications.
