Edelbrock part #7116 Performer RPM Vortec intake manifold is a derivative of the potent Edelbrock #7101, tailored for the street rod, marine, and engine swap markets utilizing 262-400 c.i.d. Chevy V8's equipped with 1996 and later Vortec (L31) cast iron or Edelbrock E-Tec aluminum heads. The front of the water crossover features a machined external water bypass boss designed for compatibility with 1996 and later Vortec production engines. This manifold is exclusively designed for square-bore carbs. For street and marine engines operating within the 1500-6500 RPM range, consider the Performer Vortec manifold or Performer Vortec EPS. Please note that it won't fit under a stock Corvette hood.
