What Sets DVX Apart from Other "WHOOSH" Valves?

DVX is more than just a noise maker, unlike BOV spacers; it offers the same PERFORMANCE BENEFITS as the DV+ by modifying the valve's operation method. It retains ECU CONTROL for the fastest operation. No other blow-off valve provides the advantage of GFB’s Venting Bias Adjustment, enabling the alteration of the blow-off sound by simply moving the adjustment lever. GFB’s DV+ design effectively resolves the longevity and boost leakage issues that are common with factory diverter valves and adopts the “pilot actuation” method to ensure enhanced performance on stock or modified engines.

Why Not Just Use a Spacer?

While many BOV spacers in the market generate noise, they do so simply by using the factory diverter valve and redirecting the air to the atmosphere. As a result, the performance deficiencies of the factory diverter valve design persist, and furthermore, the flow capacity of the factory diverter is significantly reduced due to the small venting holes used in these BOV spacers.

ECU vs. Vacuum Control

Other BOV kits eliminate ECU control entirely, relying on pure manifold vacuum control instead. Although this approach is acceptable (as it's how the majority of BOVs work), ECU control is significantly faster and can detect and respond to much smaller throttle transitions. Given this advantage, why not make use of it?

What Makes Our Venting Bias System Special?

GFB’s patented Venting Bias Adjustment System is the only one of its kind globally. By utilizing an internal rotating sleeve, it allows for infinite adjustment of the recirculation port and atmosphere port openings. This means you're not locked into a fixed 50/50 or 100% atmosphere venting ratio; you can customize it to your preference. An additional benefit is that the atmosphere outlet is a single large port rather than a series of small holes, resulting in a much DEEPER and LOUDER venting sound compared to a BOV spacer.
