Aeromotive Phantom Bladder Baffles For Phantom 450 & Dual Pumps

In addition to the introduction of the new Apex Phantom, Aeromotive is proud to present its innovative Phantom Bladder Baffle, designed to enhance the capabilities of the Phantom flow control technology.

While the Apex Phantom ensures a continuous, high fuel flow into the Phantom Bladder, it is essential to enable a substantial volume of fuel to naturally flow into the bladder from the surrounding tank and, just as importantly, to retain it. The Phantom Bladder Baffle is the solution to this challenge. Installed in the inlet passages at the base of the Phantom Bladder, this new component augments the flow area into the Bladder, facilitating swift fuel recovery from the surrounding tank. It features a PTFE check ball that serves to prevent fuel from escaping the bladder during aggressive acceleration, cornering, and off-angle vehicle maneuvers.

Aeromotive's Phantom Bladder Baffle is expertly crafted from CNC-machined billet aluminum valve bodies, which are then anodized. It incorporates a PTFE check ball, securely held in place within the Phantom bladder by a PTFE retaining washer. The Phantom Bladder Baffle is engineered for lasting durability and is fully compatible with gasoline and ethanol fuels. It can be easily installed without any special tools and is suitable for integration into existing or new Phantom bladders, the Apex Phantom, or can be used as a standalone solution for slosh control. Please note that this product may not be suitable for sale or use on emission-controlled vehicles, except when employed as a direct replacement part that aligns with OEM specifications.

Aeromotive offers the Phantom Bladder Baffle in sets of 4 (P/N 18020) for the standard Phantom Bladder found in the Phantom 200 and Phantom 340 pump kits, as well as in sets of 5 (P/N 18021) for the larger Phantom Bladder utilized in the Phantom Flex and Phantom Dual configurations.
