SynShield® Ultra Performance is built for applications that are subjected to severe stop-and-go, excessive idling, short haul and/or severe duty operating conditions. Schaeffer’s proprietary friction modifiers, Micron Moly® and Penetro® create a slippery, tenacious shield that prevents metal-to-metal contact.
SynShield® Ultra Performance is suitable for use in 2007 and 2010 emission compliant diesel engines with EGR and/or DPFs. It can also be used in older non-EGR containing diesel engines and off-highway diesel engines.
